If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Appointments booked same day/within the 24 hours are still subject to our cancellation policy. 24 hour or less cancellations and no shows are a 100% charge.
All clients must fill out and submit a consent form before their first appointment.
Clients are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to their schedules appointment time.
If running late for your appointment please text 314-780-2478 with your named and time frame of your arrival. I am unable to accept appointments past a 10 minutes window. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late will be cancelled and charged 100% of the appointment.
Cellphones are allowed in the treatment room, however you are not allowed to use it during your scheduled service.
Luna Atelier Skin is an appointment only spa.
Treatments paid for in advance are non-refundable and non-transferable.
